Rohit offers a proven ability to build and lead teams and organizations to achieve success. Throughout his career, Rohit has initiated comprehensive global business development strategies generating gains in revenues, market share, and brand awareness. His multilingual skills (English, Hindi, Bhojpuri, Gujarati, Marathi, and Maithili) and global business perspective have enabled him to cultivate lasting relationships within culturally diverse communities. 

As of 2019, Rohit’s newest priority has been his latest venture as CEO of Hexeum Capital LLC, an independent financial solutions firm dedicated to serving individuals and corporate clients in the areas of financial planning, wealth management, risk management, and corporate planning. In his recent stint Rohit led American Financial Network as their COO. He innovated the way the company had operated from the

start of his tenure by improving operational efficiencies and reducing costs by as much as 18% in the first 90 days of office. His ability to build lasting, trustworthy relationships is exemplified by his eye for talent. Within the first 90 days he led the acquisition of top executives who have managed a total combined asset portfolio of $13B.

In 2015, Rohit, led Auris Capital Strategies, as CEO and Principal of the firm, an organization that seeks to invest in and raise capital for exceptional business occupying middle market position. Consistent with Rohit's background as a relationship-builder, Auris works with such companies as partners, spurring innovative initiatives for internal growth, as well as the potential for exciting new acquisitions at an add-on capacity. Rohit and his fellow team members bring a wide array of expertise to the table, from finance to technology to marketing and beyond.


In 2012, Rohit accepted an Executive VP position with Capstone Financial Group, parent company of Capstone Affluent Strategies, and became a key driving force behind the firm’s rapid growth. A talented team builder, motivator, and trainer, Rohit recruited an “A-caliber” team and united his employees behind a shared vision geared toward providing impeccable client service, driving to the company’s growth to $450M in AUM. He built the team from 6 to 65 financial advisers within 9 months. 

His role at Capstone Financial Group expanded to Executive VP in charge of India & Asia Business in 2014, leveraging his ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities ahead of the curve. He was responsible for driving expansion in Indian and Asian markets through leadership of acquisition, business development, and IPO strategies, sourcing new opportunities, devising investment strategies, and managing M&A transactions. Rohit’s efforts were focused on achieving fast-track global expansion and closing lucrative deals.


In his previous role as Manager of Financial Services for Prudential Financial, Rohit turned around the branch’s ranking from last to first place across several key metrics including revenues, productivity, and staff retention. He transformed a branch with high turnover, depleted morale, and one of the lowest revenue producers to company-leading results and established a highly visible and approachable leadership presence. He led his team of advisors to achieve the highest productivity in the branch’s 21-year history.


In a prior role, Rohit served as VP–Senior Premier Relationship Manager – South Asian Banking for HSBC Bank USA, where he drove market-leading strategies that penetrated targeted communities, increased brand recognition, and earned the #1 ranking in revenue results among colleagues nationwide. He also engineered a turnaround of the district’s insurance business, elevating its lagging performance to rapidly become a leader in the category. He achieved a 345% performance-to-plan revenue baseline growth, and was recognized as the 2010 Mentor of the Year for the Southern California region.


In his position as Premier Segment Banker for Citibank N.A. - International Personal Banking Department (IPB - NRI Division), Rohit expanded the footprint of the IPB-NRI, becoming one of Citibank’s standout performers. He cultivated a solid and diverse client base effectively increasing deposits by $18.26M, and subsequently earned the Outstanding Performance Award. Rohit personally managed the Top 300 West Coast clients’ deposits under management with a value of $83M, while elevating company-wide sales performance by actively managing, training, and coaching personnel on customer service and operations in financial centers throughout the region.


Intensely committed to lifelong learning, Rohit completed an Executive MBA at Thunderbird School of Global Management. He attended Harvard Business School where he completed the Executive Leadership Program in Negotiation and Competitive Decision Making. He holds securities licenses including  Series 7, Series 24, and Series 66, as well as California Life & Health licenses.


Meanwhile, Rohit is committed to giving back to his community and holds active leadership roles in a number of civic and charitable organizations. He is the Founder and Chairman of Bhojpuri Parivar Inc., and his volunteer service includes assisting the Sadhu Vaswani Mission Center in Los Angeles, Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE), and the American Red Cross.
