Securities Research & Firm Commitment Underwriting
Four Points Capital Partners (FPCP) announced that on May 4,2022 FINRA formally approved the Firm to add both Securities Research and Firm Commitment Underwriting to its existing business lines.
Mike Martino FPCP CEO stated that he is committed to building upon the Firm's strong foundation to enable its highly skilled bankers to continue to provide trusted, innovative, and strategic financial solutions for their clients. FINRA also granted a FPCP expansion approval to allow the Firm to increase the number of branch offices to 60. In addition to the newly added Research and Firm Commitment Underwriting, FPCP provides Investment Banking, Sports Advisory, Wealth Management, Institutional Trading, and Insurance Services.
In early April of this year FA Magazine selected FPCP to be included in the magazines list of Top 50 Independent Broker Dealer for 2022.
